Granite Signals
Granite Signals is the operations and client reporting platform used by Granite, a digital agency, to run the websites, hosting and digital marketing it manages for its clients.
It is not a public product. Only Granite staff can sign in, and client data is only ever shown to the Granite team working on that client's account or to the client in the reports we prepare for them.
What it does
- Website and server monitoring: uptime, SSL certificates, domains and security checks for the sites we host.
- Marketing reporting: monthly performance reports for clients, combining website analytics, search performance and paid advertising results.
- Client and project management: the records our team uses to manage client work.
How Granite Signals uses Google data
When a client (or a Granite team member acting for them) chooses to connect a Google account, Granite Signals asks Google for read-only access to the following, and nothing else:

| Google Ads | Google Ads API access, used for reporting only | Campaign spend and results for the client's monthly report. Granite Signals never creates, edits or pauses campaigns. |
| Google Account | Email address | To label the connection so our team can see which login it came from. |
The data is used only to produce reports and dashboards for the client whose account it is. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
